It is imperative that all students achieve at least 80 hours of work experience throughout their studies in the SLA International Certificate Course.
It is not until you are working in the real workplace that all areas of your training can be put to the test and our students are then given the best opportunity to find out which areas of the industry they enjoy working in the most.
In 2015 our ICC students participated in some fabulous work experience events. Some of these included:
- Attending the Project CM Film Set – with Katherine Brown of Katalyst Makeup and Effects
- Providing all makeup for film and still shots for Fit n Fast Wetherill Park advertising
- Providing makeup for newspaper shoot – for the Hawkesbury Courier
- Preparing all makeup for a fashion parade for Soroptimist International fundraiser
